Common questions.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade right from your account settings — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle to unlock something specific, we'll prorate the difference so you only pay for what you've used.
What happens if I run out of AI generations?
You can keep using Plot normally — editing, publishing, everything. You just can't generate new content with AI until your next billing cycle starts. If you're hitting your limit often, you can upgrade your plan instantly and the new allowance kicks in right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. Cancel right from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle, and we'll never charge you again. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no hoops.
Can you make website updates for me?
Yes. With the Care add-on (499 kr./month) we handle up to 2 update requests a month — things like new prices, photos, menu items or opening hours. Care+ (799 kr./month) covers unlimited small updates, handled one at a time, each done within two business days. A small update is a change to your existing pages that takes us up to about 30 minutes. Bigger work — new pages, redesigns, new features — always gets a simple fixed quote first, so there are never surprise charges.
Why isn't there a free trial?
We've put a lot into making Plot a high-quality product, and the AI generations behind every site aren't cheap to run. A free trial would force us to compromise on the product itself, and we'd rather not. The shortest plan is just one month — if Plot isn't for you, cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again.
