A 400-cap room · Berlin
Feel it in your ribs.
The Loud Room is a converted print works with a sound system that cost more than the building and a booking policy of exactly one rule: it has to move the floor. Three resident nights, one room, no VIP anything.
Next up
NYE: ALL THREE NIGHTS, ONE NIGHT.
The residents go back to back to back until the trains start running. Doors at eleven. The floor decides the rest.
This has now started.

The nights
Three residencies, one floor.
Each night runs monthly, each has its own crowd, and the crossover Venn diagram is the venue's whole personality.
HEAT — bass and breaks, third Saturdays, sweat guaranteed
WIRE — live acts, last Thursdays, the loud kind of quiet ones
Room facts
The numbers that matter.
If the floor isn't moving, we're just a room with lights.
Tickets
Three ways in.
No booking fees — the price on the card is the price at the door of your bank account.
Door
€15 on the night, if it's not sold out
The gamble. CIRCUIT has sold out its last nine; WIRE usually has room for the brave.
- Cash or card at the hatch
- The queue is part of the night
Advance
€12 per night, online
The sensible move. Name on the list, straight past the hatch, smugness included.
- Skip the gamble
- Transferable until doors
The Season
€90 every night for six months
All three residencies, every month, plus first call on NYE and the secret unannounced ones. Yes, those exist.
- Every night, half a year
- First call on the unannounced
From the floor
Shouted, approximately
The sound is so clean at full volume that I heard a hi-hat pattern change and got emotional about it. Sober. At 3am.
No VIP area means the person dancing worst next to you might be the label boss. It was. We're friends now.
WIRE booked a band I'd never heard of. Ribcage still recalibrating. Bought the season pass in the smoking area at 2am, no regrets.
