How we work

No lectures. No surprises.

Half the people in our chairs haven't seen a dentist in years, and the reason is rarely teeth — it's the telling-off, the mystery bill, the feeling of things happening TO you. So we removed all three.

You'll never hear a flossing sermon here. Every plan is written on one page with the price next to each line. And the chair has a hand signal that stops everything, instantly, no questions — most people never use it, and knowing that is exactly the point.

Your first visit

Forty minutes, minute by minute.

Fear hates a map, so here's the whole route. Nothing on it hurts.

  1. The hello

    Tea or water, forms already filled from your booking, and a chair in the waiting room that faces a window — not a poster of gum disease.

  2. The look-around

    A camera the size of a pen shows us (and you, if you want) what's going on. We narrate everything before it happens. Nothing else happens.

  3. The one-page plan

    What's fine, what can wait, what shouldn't — each line with its price. No bundles, no 'while we're in there'.

  4. You decide

    Take the plan home. Book the next step, or don't. About a third of first visits end with 'see you in a year' — and that's a great outcome.
