Come for the gel. Stay for the gossip.

Glosshouse is structured gel, chrome, Gel-X and hand-painted art on East Cesar Chavez. Real cuticle work, clean tools, and sets that still look poured three weeks in.

  • Fresh sets
  • Walk-ins
  • Chrome
  • Gel-X
  • Cat-eye
  • Cuticle work that cares

The Summer Edit

Six looks. One season. No repeats.

Designed in-house, on the wall through September, then retired forever. Point at one, or bring your own chaos — we'll meet you halfway.

Prices

Four rungs. All of them glossy.

Every set starts with shaping and proper cuticle work — that part is never optional. Durations are honest: art takes time, so we book the time.

One-color gel

$55 60 min

One perfect color, structured to wear three weeks. The little black dress of sets.

  • Shaping + cuticle work
  • Structured gel overlay

The Accent

$70 75 min

Your color, plus art on up to four nails — chrome, aura, a quiet french, one tiny cherry.

The studio

Loud walls. Quiet tools.

The room is cream and bubblegum, the playlist argues with itself, and the group chat is welcome to attend in person. That's the loud part. The quiet part is the work: every artist preps their own sets — nobody hands you off for cuticle work — e-file where it helps, hand tools where it matters, and an autoclave that runs hotter than the gossip.

We do structured gel because flat gel is a rumor that chips. We do Gel-X when your nail needs the head start. And we keep a card on every set we've ever done, so 'the one from March' is a thing you can actually order.

House rule
Chip inside a week and we fix it. No questions. A raised eyebrow, maybe.

Overheard

From the pink chairs

I asked for one accent nail. I left with ten and a personality. No further questions, your honor.
Camille OrtizFull Art, monthly
Rosie remembers my cat's name and my cuticle history. My own doctor manages neither.
Dana WhitfieldOne-color gel, every third Saturday
The set outlasted the relationship. Honestly, the better investment.
